From her first music lessons (piano with her mom, recorder from her Belgian neighbor in Nigeria), to rehearsals on Aacharn Jiraporn's porch in Suphanburi, to winters in Clare, she has been drawn to traditional music.
The Thames River valley is steeped in history and tradition. To me, it is the epitome of the English countryside. I’ve been lucky to visit many times and was looking for a fresh perspective this trip.
