Minneapolis is one of my favorite cities. You wouldn't expect such diversity and pure joy in life, where it is so very cold in the winter. When I was doing an interview for wanderingeducators.com with Jason deCaires Taylor, artist and sculptor of the Underwater Sculpture Park in Grenada, I just fell in love with the beauty of Grenada. I love its history, as the Spice Island. I love the scenes - gorgeous coastline, blue blue waters, and the green of the island's interiors. As well, I have met some very friendly people!
Michigan is a beautiful state, and the state and national parks just serve to highlight that beauty. From camping along the Great Lakes, to wandering along rivers or in deep green forests, the land here is just incredible.
There is nothing more lovely than Scotland in the summer. And, if you're going to be in Scotland, there is a plethora of festivals to attend! Edinburgh, that wonderful city, is just packed with festivals in the summer.
